I had great fun playing with a technique I haven’t tried before on this subject. I used as long an exposure as I could get in the conditions. I used the smallest aperture on my lens (f/22) which gave me a shutter speed of 0.4 seconds with an ISO of 100. I then panned the camera with the movement of the waves which created a nice feel to the water.
