In the East Hills

Sparkling hoarfrost being backlit by the rising sun makes for high drama on the hills east of town. I found this lonely tree full of character in the middle of a meadow and it reminded me of images I’ve seen from parts of England.

  1. Cold in the shadows, warmth in the light.
I like the contrast. I would most definitely be standing in the sun!
    I can feel the cold.

    • The image certainly needed the cold shadows for contrast. It made quite a difference if I were standing in the sun or the shade! Thanks for dropping by.
